With Sören Söhnlein as Sales Manager for Shop Fitting in Germany, Dennis Demmer as Sales Manager for the whole of Germany and Ole Hein as Purchasing Manager, lighting specialist ELEKTRA is setting an important course for the future. All three bring many years of experience and in-depth expertise to their new roles.
Sören Söhnlein, Dennis Demmer and Ole Hein have recently joined the team at ELEKTRA. Sales expert Söhnlein is responsible for shopfitting in Germany at the manufacturer of high-quality and sustainable lighting solutions based in Enger, North Rhine-Westphalia. A trained carpenter, he brings more than ten years of practical experience in shopfitting to the role. He has been working in the sales of technical and complex systems for over 25 years. In 2014, he moved into the lighting industry and further developed his expertise in bespoke solutions.
Dennis Demmer has been part of the ELEKTRA team since February 2024. He brings with him many years of industry experience gained from previous roles. After starting out in the field sales team, he took over as head of national sales on 1 September. In this role, he looks after customers and will set a clear direction for our market development.
Ole Hein is taking over as Head of Procurement. Drawing on his industry expertise, he aims to strengthen the department’s customer-focused approach and its relevance as a key element within the company. His focus is on further developing procurement processes and the ERP system in order to consistently optimise key performance indicators.
